Fluid Painter

Fluid Painter - experimental tool for painting in liquid. It's a part of my 'I am an Artist' experimental project, where I try to create inspiring environments, where everyone can be an artist. You can create fluid paintings with variable brush color, size, opacity, noise on different preset backgrounds. With the "Liquidity" option you can change the liquidity of the fluid.

Another painting application which is a part of 'I am an Artist' project is the watercolor paint software Rebelle and the famous Flame Painter.
You can find more experiments here.

Hi Ash,

try it in different browsers. Some stopped supporting Java in the meantime (e.g. Chrome).

Thanks!

Hello Chris,

thanks for your message and interest in Fluid Painter. This is only an experimental version, not a full featured application and it is not available for purchase. Maybe in the future ;)

Cheers,
Peter

you need to open java settings panel by searching for it in the windows search bar. Then open the 'security' tab and add this website to a list of exceptions

Is there a way to save what we create? I would like to use it as a background on a project, but I can't save it.

Hello Heather, this experiment has no save button, you can make a screenshot and save it to the disk.
