Rebelle 7 New Key Features
- Metallic Materials - Paint stunningly realistic metallic strokes and structures. Metallic paints will work with the Oils & Acrylics tool and can be enabled per layer. A new palette with specific metallic colors is available in the Color panel. Moreover, a specific set of brushes for painting with gold, silver, emerald, and other colorful materials comes in the Brushes panel. This feature is available in Rebelle 7 Pro.
- Improved Paper and Art Surfaces - Rebelle 7 brushes interact naturally with the paper surface because instead of scratching on lighter paper parts, Rebelle analyses the paper surface and uses its actual bumps and heights. What's more, all papers can now be colorized, giving you creative freedom.
- Authentic Brushes - Dive into a more dynamic painting experience with improved brush tools. We prepared new types of grunge and scumbling brushes providing an even more versatile creative workflow. Enjoy redesigned dry tools that even more realistically mimic traditional mediums like pencils, charcoals, or pastels.

- Upgraded Brush Creator - The Brush Creator in Rebelle 7 takes the customization to a whole new level. With an array of new additions like background textures or dual brush, you have the power to tweak your presets to perfection. - Filter Layers - Whether you need to tweak brightness, adjust contrast, fine-tune color balance, or make other enhancements, do it all non-destructively, without impacting the original layer using the new Filter Layers.
- Ruler Tool - Rulers have been remastered offering the new Ellipse Tool that adds a level of accuracy to circular shapes, ensuring artists can effortlessly create perfect circles or ellipses with ease. The introduction of Parallel Lines provides a powerful aid for drawing lines or ellipses faster.
- Paths - Rebelle 7 allows you to import SVG files and use paths to create perfect outlines of designs, logos, or illustrations to incorporate into your digital paintings.

- Fill with Gradients and Patterns - The improved Fill tool now enables you to fill your layer or selection with colorful gradients and engaging patterns. You can seamlessly create color gradients, adjusting their starting points on a layer or selection. The possibilities are endless, and your creativity knows no bounds!
- Improved Oils & Acrylics - For Rebelle 7, we have redesigned and edited most of the wet and dry media brushes and prepared new types of oil grunge and scumbling presets providing an even more versatile creative workflow. Additionally, we've fine-tuned the oils' smudging capabilities, particularly at lower opacity values to be more creamy. Compared to Rebelle 6 brushes, the brushes don't need to be as flat and can have more mass, especially when stamping.

The Library in Rebelle 7 is a place where you select only what you need for your current masterpiece. - Feather Tool for Selection - Rebelle 7 will give you the power to create smoother transitions between objects with the new Feather... option for selections. This will enable you to soften the sharp edges of a selection by building a transition between the selection and surrounding pixels.
- Deform and Perspective - The new version introduces new transformative capabilities with the Deform and Perspective tools. You can now manipulate objects within artwork and have the freedom to distort or reshape. The Perspective tool adds depth and realism, allowing you to alter the viewpoint of selected elements within the canvas.
- Native Apple M Chip Compatibility - The software is fully optimized for Intel, AMD, and ARM64 architecture for Apple macOS M1, M2, and M3 chips running as a Universal app. Rebelle has been optimized to ensure a responsive and efficient painting environment.

How to Upgrade
To upgrade, log in to your Community account and add Rebelle 7 or Rebelle 7 Pro upgrade to the cart. You can upgrade also directly from the Rebelle 6 menu: Help > Upgrade to Rebelle 7.
The regular price for Rebelle 7 is $89.99 and for Rebelle 7 Pro is $149.99. All existing owners of Rebelle 6 are eligible for a 50% discount. The regular upgrade price is $44.99 for the standard and $74.99 for the Pro edition.
Moreover, all Rebelle 7 users are eligible to upgrade to Rebelle 7 Pro for the price difference at any time.
